Supergum has in-house capabilities to develop and design products and apparatuses, which allows us to closely monitor quality control and improve manufacturing performance.
Supergum's Engineering and R&D departments support a wide range of standards and custom-made rubber and plastic products for highly diverse automotive and NBC applications.
The R&D performs analysis and calculations with the most advanced software tools such as solid modeling (Solidworks and Catia), finite elements analysis (Ansys) and molding analysis (Mold flow).
Prototypes and development verification tests are performed in Supergum's laboratories and facilities.
Supergum designs specialized equipment for use in product development for optimal design and part testing to ensure that all required requirements are met.
